Example datasets accompanying the autonomics package.

This data collection supports the findings presented in our study about maturation-dependent changes in complement production and complement C3 processing in retinal pigment epithelium cells. This repository contains raw data, processed data, and key files needed for analysis and reproducibility related to the comparison of immature and mature retinal pigment epithelium cells, as well as experiments investigating the effects of TGF-β1 treatment on the cells. The collection is separated into four data subsets: the analytical dataset, image dataset, video dataset, and the Western blot dataset.

This repository contains structural data (.mtz) of Sudan virus VP40 crystals, soaked with small molecules. For each fragment the crystal data set name(s) are listed, including the resolution, soaking times, PanDDA result as well as follow-up refinement notes (see "Overview of crystal soaking datasets").
